By visiting our site, trying out fonts, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service—along with our End User License Agreement (EULA), which covers how you can use our fonts and what the limits are.

All fonts, visuals, and content on this site belong to Sale Character or our collaborators. Please don’t copy, share, or reuse anything without asking us first—and if you do use something for a presentation, credit us clearly.

We sometimes update our Terms or EULA to reflect new formats, technologies, or usage. If anything major changes, we’ll keep you posted and make sure existing licenses are still respected.

Legal stuff: any disputes fall under the courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland—we’re based in Lausanne, after all.
